How is the customer billed for webhosting? How often are
they billed and how can it be cancelled? |

All customers are billed for one month (31 days) when they
sign up on our webhosting plan. At the end of this 30 day
period, the credit card for the account is billed for the next
30 days, and so on. Cancellation of a webhosting account can be
made by contacting

How long until my site is accessible by others?

If you have chosen to have an existing domain hosted by us,
the time taken will be dependent on the registrar of your
domain. Typically this is 12-24 hours.
In addition to this it
can take time for your ISP's DNS servers to point to the new
site.
If you have registered a new domain please allow 48 hours for
your domain to be visible.
